... Bike has now been in a not so local KTM dealer for seven weeks with only one repair done out of the half dozen safety concerns I brought up to KTM dealer and KTM USA originally seven weeks ago. My customer service rep at KTM USA said that's how they like to do things, one claim at a time. At this rate I will have my bike back mid 2018. Customer service rep has poor solutions for bandaiding the problems and not fixing properly. Asked to speak with KTM USA rep's superior, which rep refused to give name or contact info (he said we would forward my request and maybe superior would contact me). Did some research and came up with Mike's name. This is how I found you after google search on Mike. Extremely poor engineering, build quality and customer service. Filed report w/ Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Any suggestions you can offer would be appreciated.
