    Trouble removing spring cap

    Setting fork oil level.

    I see a few threads on this but I want to get the correct answer. I see people putting anywhere from 400ml-460ml (recommended) in each fork leg. I also know that setting the oil LEVEL is more accurate. Whats the correct oil height from the top, compressed, springs out?
