4th

My bike (2017 KTM RC 390) goes to false neutral on track when I down shift from 4th to 3rd or 5th to 4th. It doesn’t happen on every down shift but probably 1 in 5 shifts. I think I am not pushing hard enough on the lever, but was wondering if it could me issue with my bike.

My Rc390's 1st oil change -1000kms 2nd oil change - 3.5k kms 3rd oil change - 4.5k kms now i am running 5.3k kms. Should i do 4th oil change.? Note : Fast oil changing is bit costlier for me. HELP!!
