Hello everyone, my name is Matt. I currently ride a 675r that i love and do track days on. I have been looking at getting into amateur racing here in good ole northern California and have been looking into the new 300cc class of motorcycles and the RC390 interest me. I am also going to be...

    Motorcycle BackPack?

I'm in the market for a nice backpack. Are there any that allow for the speed hump on my Jacket to stick out still? I have a photography backpack I use now and it seems to squish my hump every time I ride, so it doesn't look as good as it used to.

    Shift kit

Anyone on the track installed one of these? I hit lots of false neutrals or not completely shifted and it popping out of gear on me at the wrong time. Just looking for some feed back.

    Brakes soft from the sun?

I took my bike to the car wash today for the first time. The brakes obviously got some nice water cooling. When I left and hit the brakes the first time I was startled by how firm they were and how much they grabbed. My bike sits in the Texas sun all day. Could this have something to do with...

    RC 390's first service, pita

So I took my RC 390 into the dealer today for its 1000km first service. Guy one the phone when I booked it(bike had about 950km then) said it would take about 1.5 hours. So fast forward 5-6 days, the bike has 1600km now(not completely relevant to the thread title, but just wanted to say I'v...

    Vibration between 4000-5000 RPMS

Something on the bike shakes between those rpm's. I think right at 4500. It seems to be something plastic, maybe battery cover which I thought would cause vibration sounds as soon as I took it off the first time, Anyone else notice? Slowly roll on the throtle and at those rpms it seems to happen,

How do I change Kilometers to miles in the cluster settings?

Picked up my RC390 Monday evening. The dealer said they didn't receive the owners manual with it so couldn't adjust the cluster settings according to spec. Haven't really had time to spend with the bike but plan on messing around with it this weekend so if anyone could tell me how to adjust...

    SpeedBleeders

These seem to be unobtainium for the KTM. If you're not familiar, they're check valve replacements for the OE brake bleeder screw. Makes bleeding the brakes a one-person, clean job. I've installed them in every bike I've had (never mind what a pain it was doing lines and these at the same...

As of today 12/17/2014, I don't live in the North East (Western Massachusetts) or own an RC390 but soon, most likely both things will happen right around the same time beginning of April. .......best laid plans, wishful thinking, good timing and have you seen the roads there!!!!!!! :p
