IRC QS issue

Hi everyone ,

Experiencing a bizarre issue after mounting the IRC quick shifter.

Upon hard acceleration, most notably in 2nd gear, there is a momentary fuel cut without depressing the shift lever. It's like it's receiving a signal to shift. I made sure my feet were clear of the lever and tested this a couple of times. Any ideas here?


2018 RC390
GP shift
Sensor mounted with flat end facing towards front of bike (wire side)
"Pull" is enabled (E)
Shifting works fine

Maybe wrong QS request is received due to vibration on the sensor, pedal or linkage.

QS sensor was fine; tested with multimeter. Also tried a replacement sensor just to be sure.

Entire unit ended up being faulty -- replaced with new one and it works well.
