My RC 390 rear wheel moves while on stand and in gear with clutch pulled in. The bike is also very heavy to move when it’s off, in gear even with clutch pulled in. My mechanic said that turning wheel with clutch pulled in is normal. I wanted to check if it’s normal and if not what could be the...
Just received my new wheels. Below are the weights that I measured.
Thanks to Rottweiler - I love the fairing stay as well.
Total weight reduction 11lbs 11oz of un sprung rotating weight
Front stock wheel 10 lbs 10 oz
Front Marchesini wheel 6 lbs 5 oz
Weight savings 4lbs 5oz ~ 41%

I was going to just deliver the entire bike to chad at common wealth to have him look it over. But, i now have free time tomorrow. Ive pulled engines out of my other track bikes and cant see this being more difficult.
That being said anyone have tips or tricks theyve learned they want to...
I noticed this weekend that it takes a bit of pressure to turn the rear wheel. I am used to my R6 that when it was on a stand i could spin it and it would go forever. Through it might have been a tight axle nut or rear pads but nope neither of those.. It seems like its in the motor that is...
Hi Guys,
Is this normal? The rear wheel apparently jumps from time to time...and it looks and sounds annoying. I can also feel the non-smoothness of the ride when I am rolling on the road on the first gear without reving. It feels like the bike is jerking...
I put mine on some scales at a engineering shop yesterday and it was 128 kilo's with nearly a full tank of fuel, KTM claim 154 wet still have the carbon fairings to add but still also dropping weight with the wiring loom and the wheel splindles and spacers to fit and rear set and back engine...
One of the best products on market for your KTM, 14 lbs lighter than stock wheels! Superb quality, excellent fit.
Comes with sprocket carrier(fits factory sprocket!) and hardware. does not include rotor hardware(OEM will work).
We've added a bunch of options available for these wheels too...

Ok so I did the akra pipe and flash the open k&n filter the g2 quick turn throttle and the PC v from Chad........
So my problem is........I'm having a hard time keeping the front wheel down
The PCv tune is unreal!!!
I installed the KTM folding clutch lever today and noticed something weird. I had the bike up on the rear track stand and when I started it up with the clutch lever fully depressed the rear wheel would spin. I would tap the rear brake and after that the wheel wouldn't start spinning until I let...
Has anyone tried a different hugger, I'm pretty unimpressed with the RC one which is a tad small.
I think some use the Duke one which is a bit larger, is there anything that wraps the wheel?
Here's an example of something desirable but totally unobtainable!

Hi All, I'm looking for a new front wheel for my 390. I've been told that they will not be available until end of October, does anyone have one they can sell me or know of one in stock somewhere? Or I'll replace it once I get the new one next month. Did this at a local Kart track...
Apparently, the speedo will not work if you remove the ABS unit (under gas tank) even if you leave the wheel speed sensors hooked-up. The wheel speed info must go thru the harness and into, and-out-of, the ABS unit before getting to the dash. It's a big multi-pin connector to the unit, I hope...
